Description
28 and 28A Beech Hill is a late 18th century house that stands two storeys tall, constructed from stone and topped with a hipped stone slate roof. The windows flanking the central doorway have been altered to create large shop windows. The stone doorway is notable for its pilasters, pediment, and 'Gothick' glazed fanlight, and features a four-panel door. There are three windows present, which do not have glazing bars, and a band continues along the cills. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 18 to 26 (even) and the Cross Pipes Public House.
