Description

Nos 37 and 39 Kirkgate are early to mid-19th century buildings located on the west side of Kirkgate. They are four storeys tall and constructed from stone. The facade features three windows with stone architraves and no glazing bars. On the first floor, there is a large rectangular oriel window to the right, positioned above a shop front. These buildings are included as part of a group, which also encompasses No 41, and together with Nos 33 to 45 (odd), they form a cohesive architectural group.
