Description

22 Kirkgate is an early to mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of stone with a stone slate roof. The facade features four windows, one of which is blocked, and all have stone architraves without glazing bars. A band runs along the cills. The building includes late 19th century and modern shops, with a passage entry located to the left. It is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 8 (even), 6A, and Nos 20 and 22.
