Description
Newsam Green Farmhouse is a late 18th-century house located on Pontefract Lane, Newsam Green. It is constructed of rendered brick with a low-pitched stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high with a main rectangular block of three bays and a single bay addition. A central doorway has an overlight above. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within exposed casing. Paired gutter brackets are visible externally, and end stacks project forward of the ridge on the right-hand side. The interior has not been inspected.
