Description

Swillington Bridge is a bridge over the River Aire, built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from magnesian limestone blocks and features two segmental arches with arch bands and a triangular cutwater. The parapets have been rebuilt. The bridge is partly located in the parish of Rothwell.
