Description

The Lodge to Armitage Bridge House is an early to mid 19th century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone and topped with a hipped slate roof. It is a single-storey structure featuring Tuscan pilasters and a full entablature. The western part of the lodge has concave corners on both sides. The main entrance includes a door with a moulded and shouldered surround, while a similar door on the building has been blocked. The other sides of the lodge have sash windows with glazing bars.
