This is a 19th-century milepost located in front of the football ground in Lepton. The stone post features a triangular cast iron front with a rounded top. It is inscribed with the following information: "WAKEFIELD & AUSTERLANDS ROAD LEPTON HUDDERSFIELD HORBURY 3¼ MILES 7 MILES WAKEFIELD 10 MILES."
