Description
3 Clough House Lane is an early to mid 19th century building that is part of a row. The eastern part is constructed from hammer dressed stone, while the rest is rendered. It has a pitched stone slate roof and features moulded footstones. The building is two storeys high.
On the south elevation, the eastern part is set back. The ground floor has an entrance with a stone surround and a small single light window. The first floor features one three-light stone mullioned window. The western part has a ground floor with one six-light stone mullioned window and two three-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor. The east gable of the western part includes a small single light window in the attic.
