2-8, Lascelles Hall Road

This is a terrace of formerly five houses located on Lascelles Hall Road, built in the early to mid 19th century. The houses are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof with gable copings on cut kneelers and moulded stone brackets supporting the gutter. The roof of No. 2 is lower than the others. The terrace is two storeys high. No. 8 was previously two separate dwellings but may have originally been one house.

On the ground floor, there are two central doorways, with the doorway on the right partially blocked. To the left of the right doorway, there is a four-light window, and to the right, there is a two-light window. The first floor has a central four-light window flanked by a two-light window on each side. Nos. 4 and 6 are designed as a handed pair, each with its own entrance and a four-light window on each floor. No. 2 features an entrance and a four-light window on the ground floor, along with two two-light windows on the first floor.
