The boundary wall to Combs Hall Farmhouse, dating from the 17th century, is a deeply coursed stone garden wall featuring stepped, shaped coping. It includes an ornamental arched gateway. The wall extends to connect with the farmhouse on the right and the adjacent brewhouse on the left. It is listed for its group value only.
