Description
Oak Farmhouse and Barn, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, features a rendered house and a rubble barn with a pitched stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high. On the southeast elevation, there is a later porch at ground floor level, alongside a five-light stone mullioned window, although one mullion has been removed, and an altered window opening. The first floor has two single-light windows, a three-light stone mullioned window, and another five-light stone mullioned window. The northwest elevation includes lean-to extensions. The barn's southeast elevation has a large doorway with a semi-circular arched head, which is partially blocked, and a small vent above it. There is also a small doorway with a stone surround and tie-stones. The northwest elevation of the barn features two entrances with stone surrounds.
