Formerly 2 cottages. Dated 1703. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched slate roof and brick stacks. 2 storeys. Entrance to left with chamfered reveals and deep lintel inscribed I:L 1703 2 more recent doorways, one of which is blocked. 2 bays of 3-light double chamfered windows. Frames are slightly arched.
