Description

No 3 Binn is an early 19th century house, which may have origins that date back even earlier. It is part of a terrace and constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a pitched stone slate roof. The house is two storeys tall.

On the southwest elevation, the ground floor features a central doorway with a stone surround and two three-light stone mullioned windows, although one of these has one light blocked. The first floor has an 11-light stone mullioned window, with five lights blocked, resulting in two three-light windows. On the northeast elevation, the ground floor includes a blocked four-light stone mullioned window that is chamfered.
