Description

Nos 10 and 11 Cliffe Side is a weaver's house that has been converted into two dwellings. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a turned stone slate roof. The building has three storeys and features a near-central doorway. To the right of the doorway is a single bay containing two-light windows. On the left side, the ground floor has a three-light window, while the first and second floors have an eight-light window, with the center two lights of the first-floor window blocked. The entrance to No 11 is located in the bay on the right, below No 12, but it is not of special interest.
