Description
Nos. 11 and 12 Hollings are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the mid to late 18th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone with ashlar quoins and feature a stone slate roof. The houses are two storeys tall and have a double depth design. The paired doorways at the center have a chamfered surround, and all windows are double chamfered mullioned, with four lights in the first bay and three lights in the second bay. The gables are coped and have kneelers, along with well-dressed stacks. There is an additional centrally placed stack on the ridge. The left-hand return wall includes a doorway to the first floor with a chamfered surround, which is now blocked to form a window, and there is a square window above it in the attic. The rear of the property features a well for a waterwheel.
