It has two storeys and features a south-facing gable that includes a 7-light flat faced mullioned window on each floor, with the mullions slightly recessed. At the apex, there is a columbarium. The right-hand return wall is attached to No. 9 but rises higher than it. The building also has quoins and a lateral stack. It is included in the register for its group value only.
