Description
This building is a lodge located 20 meters north of Rishworth New Mill, likely built around the mid-19th century and made of dressed stone with a hipped slate roof. It is a single-storey structure featuring a symmetrical three-bay facade. On either side of the central pedimented doorway, there are two-light arched windows with jambs and mullions designed as pilasters, complete with capitals and projecting sills. The doorway itself is flanked by channelled pilasters and has an impost with a semi-circular arched fan light above. Moulded gutter brackets support the eaves cornice. The lodge also has a two-bay return with similar single-light windows that have arched heads, and there is a single stack.
