House. Early C18 with C19 alterations. Thin-coursed hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2-storey, 2-room plan. Ground floor has 4-light double chamfered mullioned window, doorway with large lintel and single sash window of 4 panes with recessed mullioned window with square reveals of 3 lights at first floor, one sash window and one other much altered. Formerly this formed part of a rear wing to the C17 Holywell Green farm (q.v.).
