Description

The Holywell is a stone trough built in 1843 to commemorate an earlier well. It is set against a low wall made of rock-faced stone with heavy coping, which features the inscription 'HOLY WELL Improved 1843'. In front of the trough, there are two stone posts that once supported a pump.
