Nos 37 to 41 Church Street, including Nos 86 and 88 Horton Street, is a Grade II listed stone warehouse or works building dating from 1861. It has four main storeys and features a modelled front with a return to Horton Street. The building is distinguished by arched and flat-headed windows, a bracketed crowning cornice, and two carriage entrances. Additionally, there is a tier of loading doors on the south return.
