Nos 2 to 5 Clifton Place is a 18th century, two-storey stone building that was originally a warehouse and has been altered to include a dwelling. It features entrances on the south side leading to a courtyard and is topped with a slate roof. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 11 Clifton Place, as well as 11 and 12 Fore Street, and the Waterfront Buildings at Whitestrand Quay.
