Description

The boundary stone is a single rectangular stone built into the parapet of Sand Bed Bridge, located on the south side of Halifax Road in Todmorden. It dates from the late 19th century and features two vertical divisions. The stone is inscribed with the words "TODMORDEN BOROUGH OF" and "RURAL DISTRICT TODMORDEN."
