Description

This barn, located 15 meters east of Widdop Gate, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from well-coursed hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The barn has a semi-circular arched cart entry, and to the right at a lower level, there is a mistal doorway with tie-stone jambs. The gables are coped and include kneelers and arrowslit ventilators. This structure is listed for its group value only.
