ELLAND JAGGER GREEN LANE (north side) Holly Tree Farmhouse and attached barn

II Laithe house. Late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Originally a handed-pair of two storey cottages. Right hand door now window. To ground are a three-light and two-light mullioned window (both with mullions removed). A projecting sill band to first floor window of three-, two- and four- lights (some mullions removed). Stone-gutter brackets in palm. Gable stacks. Barn to right has three-centred arched-headed with two-light mullioned window over. Roof rises to a higher point and is gabled with copings.
