Description
Nos 6 to 10 Laburnum Place is an early 19th-century row of cottages built at the rear of Nos 2 to 5, possibly linked to the nearby Leeds and Liverpool canal. The cottages are constructed from sandstone "brick" and feature a stone slate roof with corniced chimneys. Each cottage has one window, which are small wood casements, although a few have been modernised. The entrances have four-panel doors set in squared jambs. This row of cottages is included for its group value.
