Description
The outbuilding located to the east of Leventhorpe Hall is a former dwelling dating from the mid to late 17th century, with some alterations from the 18th or early 19th century. It is two stories tall and constructed of coursed gritstone, featuring flush quoins. The roof is made of stone slate and includes saddlestones. The building has four-light chamfered mullion windows with drip moulds on carved returns, as well as later square mullion openings. The doorway is notable for its massive pediment-shaped lintel.
