Description

Nos 13 to 18 Laburnum Place is a row of cottages built around 1800 to 1830, constructed from irregularly coursed sandstone that resembles brick. The cottages at Nos 16 and 18 are slightly taller than the others. They feature stone slate roofs with corniced chimneys. On the first floor, there are three-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds, while the ground floor has two-light windows, some of which have been altered. The doorways have squared jambs. The backs of Nos 16 to 18 include blocked dovecote openings beneath the eaves.
