Allerton BD8 OAKS LANE Nos 39 and 41 (Ellercroft) and adjoining stables fronting road

II Circa 1860-70 Gothicised house with stables adjoining at road side. Two storey house of sandstone "brick" with ashlar dressings. Steep gable end slate roof, including attic, bargeboards with pendant finials. Canted bays. Single and paired round headed windows, the latter with colonettes. Cast iron crested trellis porch and similar cresting to shallow rectangular bay windows on garden front. Bargeboarded gables to stables.
