  1. Situated to the north-east of the formal gardens. Late C17 and early to mid C18 cottage in two builds, Coursed gritstone with flush quoins. Stone slate roof with saddlestone to east gable, the west end later, C18, and hipped. Corniced chimneys. Four 4 light and two 2 light mullioned windows. Gabled stone porch.
