Description

This is a late 17th century or early 18th century gritstone barn located behind the original farmhouse at Esholt Hall Home Farm. It features a stone slate roof with saddlestones. The south gable end includes a two-light chamfered mullion window and a doorway topped with a large triangular lintel. There is a recessed portal on the west side. Inside, the roof structure consists of king post trusses, and there is an east aisle that is partly bricked up, with arched chases leading to the aisle posts.
