Description
Three former gate piers, dating from around 1707, are set on a low terrace that borders the higher lawn to the east of the east front of Esholt Hall. These piers are tall and made of finely dressed ashlar, featuring panelled fronts. They are capped with cornices that are adorned with carved floral draped garlands on the sides.
