Description
13 Parkin Lane and 1-4 Waterloo Crescent is a row of two-storey cottages, built around 1800-1820, which may have been converted from a late 18th-century farmhouse. The cottages are constructed from irregularly coursed sandstone "brick" with flush quoins. The north-east gable end features kneelers and a stone slate roof. There are block corniced chimneys with strings. Each cottage has one window, which is a three-light design with square mullions set in squared surrounds. The doorways are either single or paired, with squared jambs.
