Description
Nos 12, 14, and 16 Liversedge Row, along with Nos 24, 26, and 28 Perseverance Lane, are a row of painted sandstone cottages built around 1830 to 1850. These cottages feature stone slate roofs and corniced chimneys. The windows are square mullion types, with two and three lights set in squared surrounds. The cottages at Nos 28 to 34 Perseverance Place also have two light square mullion windows. This group is noted for its architectural significance and group value.
