Description
Grange Leigh is a detached house built around 1907-1910 in the Arts and Crafts style, similar to the nearby Greyholme. The building features walls that have a slight batter and overhanging eaves. The west front is fully gabled, with the entrance located on the north side. It has square mullioned leaded iron casements and a broad mullioned canted bay on the west front, topped with a shaped parapet. The fenestration is slightly asymmetrical. To the left of the entrance, there is a two-storey canted bay with a shaped parapet and terminal ball finials. The recessed porch has detailing similar to that of Greyholme, with a small window above it and a battered chimney that rises flush with the wall face.
