Description
This is a row of eleven cottages, numbers 111 to 127, located on Cottingley Road, Sandy Lane. They were likely built around 1830 and are situated on a slight slope. The cottages are constructed of sandstone "brick" with stone slate roofs and corniced chimneys. Each cottage has two-light square mullion windows set within squared surrounds, and feature squared jamb doorways. The buildings are included on the heritage register principally for their group value.
