Description

Nos 456 and 458 Allerton Road are a pair of cottages built around 1800 to 1820, positioned at a right angle to the road. They are two storeys high and constructed from sandstone "bricks." The eaves feature spaced "dentil" brackets, and the cottages have a stone slate roof. Each cottage has two light square mullion windows, with a single light situated above the doorway.
