Description

Nos 85 and 87 on Hill Top Lane are a pair of 18th century cottages built from sandstone that resembles brick. They likely functioned as a single property when originally constructed. The front of the cottages is thinly rendered, and there are three 2-light square mullion windows on the ground floor, each featuring drip moulds above. The cottages have a stone slate roof with kneelers at the gable ends.
