Description

This building is a mill located 5 metres north of number 8 on Chapel Street in Addingham. It dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century and is constructed from watershot masonry with a tile roof. The mill stands five storeys tall and features 12 bays of windows, which have plain stone surrounds. The ground floor windows are blocked, while those on the first and second floors still have their original 4-paned glazing. There is a taking-in door located in the second bay. The gables are coped and have kneelers. On the right-hand return wall, there is an inserted doorway with a taking-in door, which has monolithic jambs leading to the second floor.
