Description
Low Fold Farmhouse, dating from around 1800 to 1820, is a two-storey building constructed of sandstone "brick" that is partly rendered. It features a stone slate roof with saddlestones and kneelers, along with corniced chimneys. The farmhouse has multiple outbuildings at the rear and is adorned with three and four-light square mullion windows, some of which have been altered to casements. The doorways have squared jambs. An adjoining barn, built in the later 19th century, extends from the northeast end of the farmhouse. This barn is taller than the farmhouse and also has a stone slate roof, with prominent ventilators.
