Description
The Wadsley Stocks, located 5 meters southeast of the Wadsley Jack Public House in Sheffield, are early 19th-century village stocks. They have been resited and restored in the late 20th century. The structure consists of a pair of dressed stone uprights with arched tops, featuring slots and square holes on their inner faces. The wooden cross pieces have been renewed.
