Description

The Post Office House is a pair of cottages, now functioning as a single house, built in the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the late 20th century. The exterior is roughcast with a stone slate roof and a single gable stack. The building is two storeys high and features a three-window range in an L-plan layout. The windows are 20th-century casements with leaded glazing. The front of the house has three two-light windows with stone flush mullions. To the left, there is a 20th-century door flanked by similar windows, while to the right, there is a glazed door and another two-light window. The left gable includes a small two-light stone mullioned window, and the rear has a larger flush mullioned window. The interior has not been inspected.
