4 houses, now flats. c1850, restored 1989. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roofs with 4 side wall and single party wall stacks. Plinth, quoins, first floor band, eaves band, deep modillion eaves. 2 storeys plus basement; 6 window range of 12 pane sashes with moulded surrounds and corbelled sills. 2 paired doorcases with pilasters and cornices, with beaded 4-panel doors with geometrical overlights. Small basement areas with railings. To right, C19 2 storey addition. INTERIOR not inspected.
