Medical school, now offices. Dated 1888. By JD Webster. Ashlar with slate and lead roofs with 2 coped ashlar side wall stacks. Plinth, panelled and pierced balustrade with pedestals and ball finials. 3 storeys plus attics; 4 window range. Windows have stone mullions. First floor, divided by rusticated pilasters under a moulded cornice, has two 2-light windows flanked by single light casements in narrower side bays. Second floor, divided by thin pilasters under a dentilled main cornice, has two 3-light windows flanked by single 2-light windows. Attic has 2 dormers with pilasters and enriched pediments, with round-arched wooden framed casements, 2 lights. Ground floor, divided by rusticated pilasters under moulded cornice, has two 2-light windows, flanked to right by a single light window and to left by a moulded ashlar doorcase with enriched datestone in pediment. 6-panelled double doors and overlight.
