Description

44 Union Street is a house built in the mid to late 18th century, with an added wing. It features a cement-rendered exterior and a 20th-century cement-tile roof. The building has two storeys and three windows on the first floor, with a wing located at the rear center. The structure includes chamfered, projecting quoins. The central doorway is framed with an architrave, a plain frieze, and a cornice. There are flanking sash windows with glazing bars and aprons, also framed like the door. A band runs along the first floor beneath the three similar windows. The eaves are boxed, and there are 20th-century stone stacks at the ends.
