MALTBY SANDBECK PARK SK59SE 4/62 Garden House II House. Late C18. For the Sandbeck estate. Red brick in English Garden Wall bond, sheet asbestos roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor with continuous 2-storey rear outshut. C20 brink porch flanked by 16-pane sashes with projecting stone sills and cambered arches with keystones. Similar lst-floor windows. Shaped stone kneelers and gable copings; brick end stacks. Left return: incorporates stone walling of any earlier building.
