Description

Folds Farm House is a building that dates from the mid-19th century at the front and the late 18th century at the rear. The front is constructed of red brick with stucco decorative elements, while the rear features hammer-dressed stone with red brick detailing. The roof is pantiled, and the gables are coped with cut stone kneelers. The house is two storeys high with a three-bay front that includes sash windows with glazing bars. In the north-west corner, there is a two-storey extension that is older, featuring plain ashlar architraves with graffiti from 1777 and 1782. The interior includes a chamfered ceiling beam with moulded stops.
