Description
Upper Woodcott Farmhouse is a building dating from the 18th century, with early 19th-century and modern elements. The front, facing east, is two storeys high and features three windows, along with a set-back extension at the north end. The roof is tiled, half-hipped at the south and hipped at the north end, with a catslide roof over the extension. Below the eaves fascia, there are brick dentils. The walls are rendered, and the windows are casements, with old cast-iron upper lights and lower lights of a later date. The entrance has a half-glazed door set within a reeded architrave, topped by a curved tile hood. The rear wall is constructed of flint with red brick dressings, while the modern sections are made of brickwork.
