Description

New Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century that has been altered. It is constructed from rubble magnesian limestone and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features four windows on the first floor, with a lower wing extending to the rear right.

The entrance is a part-glazed door located to the left of centre, set beneath a cemented arch. This door is flanked by 20th-century two-light casements that include glazing bars, projecting sills, and arches similar to that of the door. There is a matching casement on the far right with a flat arch. On the first floor, there is a single-light casement positioned above the door, flanked by casements that mirror those below, featuring thin sills and flat arches. A plain two-light casement is located on the far right. A later brick ridge stack is situated above the door. The building was previously listed as being on Low Street according to the Ordnance Survey map.
