SK69NW ROSSINGTON BAWTRY ROAD (east side) 7/67 Milepost opposite - junction with Littleworth Lane - II Milepost. Dated 1858: makers J. Walkinshaw, Ironfounders of Doncaster. Cast iron. Triangular-sectioned with 2 round-headed panels angled forwards from a round-headed back panel. Bold, raised lettering and numerals read as follows: on left panel : LON/157/BAW/4 on right panel: YORK/41/DON/5 Makers name and date in smaller lettering at foot of each panel. Shown as on Great North Road on O.S. map.
