Description

89 Sunderland Street is an early 19th-century building of hammer-dressed stone with ashlar quoins and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. It features flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. The central window on the first floor has been blocked and replaced with an oculus.
